ZU-A QU-A WU-A XU-A series oil return filter

The filter is installed in the return pipe of the hydraulic system to filter out the metal powder worn by the components in the oil and the rubber impurities worn by the seals, so that the oil flowing back to the tank can be kept clean and is conducive to the circulation of the oil in the system.

The filter is divided into glass fiber type, paper type, mesh type and line gap type. Glass fiber filter is better than paper filter effect, high precision, glass fiber and paper filter is more difficult to clean after plugging, so the filter must be replaced.

The filter is equipped with a pressure difference signaling device, when the filter element due to pollution blockage resulting in the inlet and outlet pressure difference of 0.35MPa, it will send a switching signal, at this time should be cleaned or replaced filter element.

The filter element is made of glass fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, less original pressure loss, large amount of pollution, etc. Its filtration accuracy is calibrated with absolute filtration accuracy, filtration ratio β3, 5, 10, 20≥200, filtration efficiency n≥ 99.5%, in line with ISO standards.
