SRFA series double barrel micro direct return oil filter
The filter is composed of two single barrel filters, reversing valve, bypass valve, transmitter, diffuser, etc. It is installed on the top of the tank, can be replaced in the system without stopping the filter element, suitable for continuous work of the hydraulic system oil fine filtration, used to filter the hydraulic system components wear metal powder and seal rubber impurities, so that the flow of oil back to the tank to keep clean, in order to facilitate the system of oil circulation.
When the filter element of a filter is blocked and the inlet and outlet pressure difference is 0.35MPa, the transmitter sends a signal. At this time, the reversing valve is turned to make the standby oil filter work, and then the blocked filter element is replaced.
When the blocked filter element cannot be replaced in time for some reason, so that the pressure difference between the oil inlet and outlet further rises to 0.4MPa, the bypass valve automatically starts to work, so as to protect the filter element and the system to work normally, but the user should replace the filter element as soon as possible.
Due to the design of the direct return filter oil, it is very convenient to replace the filter element or fuel the tank. Just unscrew the filter cover to replace the filter element or fuel the tank. Each filter head has 2 M18×1.5 oil ports, and the transmitter can be installed at any point.
The diffuser is arranged at the bottom of the oil return cylinder, which can make the oil return medium flow smoothly into the tank, which is not easy to produce bubbles, reduce the re-entry of air, and weaken the disturbance of deposited pollutants.
The filter element adopts the new chemical fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, small original pressure loss, large amount of pollution, etc. Its filtration accuracy is calibrated with absolute filtration accuracy, filtration ratio β3, 5, 10, 20≥200, filtration efficiency n≥ 99.5%, in line with ISO standards.
