SZU-A series double barrel oil return filter

SRLF double barrel return pipe filter is composed of two single barrel filter and two six-way directional valve, simple structure, easy to use, and with bypass valve and filter element pollution blocking signal, in order to ensure the purpose of system safety.

In the process of work, when the monoblock filter element is blocked to a certain extent and the filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced, the host should be stopped to replace the filter element, which is not only a waste of time but also can not meet the continuous work needs of the host, the double-barrel filter effectively solves the defects of the monoblock filter in this respect, and the filter element can be cleaned or replaced without stopping to ensure the normal continuous work of the host.

Its working characteristic is that when a filter element is blocked and needs to be replaced, it is not necessary to stop the host work, as long as the pressure balance valve is opened and the reversing valve is turned, the other filter can participate in the work, and then replace the blocked filter element, the filter cartridge needs to be replaced to allow a small amount of internal leakage.
