SPF series double barrel high pressure filter

The filter is installed on the pressure line at the outlet of the oil pump to protect the control element and the actuator. Especially in the automatic control system, high-precision servo components and plunger components can effectively prevent pollution, avoid failure, and extend the service life of components.

The filter is composed of two single barrel filters, by-pass valve, reversing valve and balance valve, check valve, transmitter, exhaust valve, etc., which can realize online pressure switching and replacing filter element without stopping the system, especially suitable for the installation of linear pressure pipelines of continuous working hydraulic systems.

When the filter element of the single cartridge filter (arrow on the handle or flange) in working condition is blocked until the pressure difference transmitter pressure indication value is 0.5MPa, the transmitter sends a signal, and the filter element must be replaced at this time. Just lift the reversing valve handle, the balance valve will automatically open, then turn the reversing valve to the limit slot, the other spare filter will work immediately, release the handle, the balance valve will automatically close. At this time, just unscrew the plug to discharge the oil, and then unscrew the shell, you can replace the filter element to plug.

If the pressure difference of the filter element is not replaced in time for some reason, when the bypass valve opening pressure continues to rise to 0.6MPa, the bypass valve will automatically open to avoid re-pollution caused by the filter element rupture due to the pressure continuing to rise, but the user must replace the filter element when the transmitter sends a message.
