The filter is composed of two single barrel filters, two check valves, reversing valves, signaling device, etc. It can replace the filter element in the system without stopping, and is suitable for the medium and low pressure hydraulic system with continuous work.

When the filter element of one filter cartridge is blocked in the working process to the pressure value specified by the differential pressure transmitter, the transmitter acts, and it can press the power supply and indicator to prompt people to replace the filter element. When replacing the filter element, as long as the reversing valve handle is rotated to another position, the spare filter cylinder begins to work, unscrew the blocked filter cylinder oil discharge plug after the oil is discharged, and then unscrew the shell, you can replace the filter element. Note: 1 After plugging, the filter element should be replaced in time to avoid the filter element damage due to the pressure difference of the filter element continuing to rise, causing re-pollution of the system. 2 The handle of the reversing valve must be in place, and the filter cartridge on the side of the filter element needs to be replaced to allow a small amount of internal leakage. 3 The blocked filter element after reversing should be replaced with a new filter element in time for the next use.
